Orders and payment
Products, prices, eligibility offers, shipping, and the amount due are shown at checkout. Pricing and authorized discounts are validated by the server. Zelle instructions include a GeneOS order or invoice reference that must be included in the payment memo. An order begins in Waiting for Payment status and becomes eligible for fulfillment only after an authorized operator records payment.
Accounts and results access
A purchaser may receive GeneOS account access before laboratory results exist. Account access does not unlock genomic or health results. Results unlock only after GeneOS verifies the account, order, kit, claim/token record, laboratory accession, result file, successful reconciliation, processing, and ready status.
Collection, shipping, and laboratory processing
Users must follow the instructions supplied for the selected assay. Carrier dates and laboratory turnaround estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Missing carrier or laboratory information may be displayed as unavailable rather than inferred. Kit processing may take up to two months to complete from start to finish.
Permitted use
You may use GeneOS only for lawful purposes and only with information and specimens you are authorized to submit. You must protect account credentials and kit claim materials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Scientific limitations
Genomic and RNA expression information can be incomplete, uncertain, or affected by sample quality and evolving research. Review health decisions with an appropriately qualified professional. Do not use GeneOS for emergency care.
Availability and changes
GeneOS may change or suspend features when needed for safety, maintenance, laboratory operations, or legal compliance. Material terms may be updated with a revised date.
